Recruitment Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in real estate, marketing, economic management and other related majors preferred.
2. Good market analysis and judgment, familiar with real estate sales skills and business processes.
3. Relevant experience in the real estate agency industry is preferred, and outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered.
4. Language Requirements: Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese

Job Description:

1. Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with real estate market trends and expertise.
2. Locate properties that meet clients' needs and arrange for tours. Negotiate the details of a real estate transaction and facilitate the closing of the transaction.
3. Maintain and manage client database. Attend real estate sales meetings and events to expand business network.
4. Research and analyze the real estate market and competitors and provide market feedback and recommendations.
5. Developing sales plans and ensuring that the team achieves sales, leading and managing the team, improving the sales skills of team members and the business

Workplace:

Menara Sun Life, Lantai 23 unit F Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan

Commute to work:

Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Salary package:

10 base salary + performance bonus

Basic salary + social security + high commission (more than 50%) + high welfare (group building culture + travel incentives + holiday greetings + thoughtful condolences)
