Seven large tower cranes from Zoomlion are assisting in the construction of the Jakarta Oasis Twin Towers. Upon completion, Tower T1, standing 331 meters high, will become the tallest main structure in Indonesia. The cranes involved in the upper main structure lifting work include the first flat-top luffing jib tower crane and six luffing jib tower cranes. This model is an innovative product launched by Zoomlion based on global market demand. It is the first exported unit to be equipped with a round tenon standard section and has been sold to Indonesia and other countries. It uses advanced hydraulic cylinder luffing technology with two working modes—flat-top and luffing—which can be switched in 2 minutes. The luffing mode has a maximum working angle of 87°, adapting to confined spaces. The minimum stowing radius in non-working condition is only 10 m, offering flexible assembly and disassembly as well as convenient transportation, which has been highly appreciated by the project owner. In addition, Zoomlion provides strong technical and service support to customers. The R&D and service teams communicated with the project owner to determine the internal climbing plan and force calculations. Chinese and local Indonesian service engineers cooperated to complete installation and commissioning and trained operators. They also replenished spare parts for the project's tower cranes and conducted regular inspections, gaining recognition from frontline construction personnel.
