Changan Automobile has officially entered the Indonesian market after establishing a partnership with Indo Automotive Group, and at the brand launch in Jakarta, Changan announced that it will launch two new vehicles in Indonesia - Changan Shamrock SO7 and Changan Lumin - which will most likely be available at the Jakarta International Motor Show 2025 (GJAW 2025) ) on sale.

Changan Deep Blue SO7 is a futuristic electric sedan. It is equipped with an electric motor with a power of 160 kW and a torque of 320 Nm, and a battery with a capacity of 79.9 kWh, with a maximum range of up to 560 kilometers; and the Changan Lumin is a miniature electric vehicle designed for urban consumers. Changan's entry adds new options to Indonesia's electric vehicle market.
