Real estate giant Sugianto Kusuma, owner of Agung Sedayu Group and developer of PIK area, is optimistic about the success of Indonesia's new capital (IKN).He expressed this after witnessing IKN's development firsthand while attending the 79th Independence Day ceremony.Also known as Aguan, he came to the new capital with other members of the Nusantara Consortium and was amazed by IKN's buildings. After seeing it firsthand, he was optimistic that IKN would definitely succeed. Aguan's Agung Sedayu is the leader of the Nusantara Consortium, a business group that founded the Swiss Nusantara Hotel, which was used as accommodation for ministers and invited guests attending the Independence Day celebration. The consortium involves 10 companies: Salim Group, Sinarmas, Pulau Intan, Djarum, Wings Group, Adaro, Barito Pacific, Mulia Group, Kawan Lama, and Alfamart. He also refuted those who dislike IKN, saying that people need to see IKN for themselves. He was surprised that IKN buildings are so perfect, so if people can see them in person, they will be very optimistic about the new capital.
