Its latest launch, the Luxima Bizhub warehouse cluster, adopts a 4-in-1 concept integrating living, working, and sales functions, improving time and cost efficiency. Additionally, the company owns 1,200 hectares of land, making this park the largest industrial and warehouse zone in North Tangerang and West Jakarta, and it has obtained relevant operational permits to accommodate heavy industries. Since its establishment in 2015, the company has followed a development strategy aligned with the national master plan, committed to becoming a sustainable industrial park and real estate developer in Indonesia. Future plans include residential, commercial, educational, and healthcare facilities to create a self-contained city for one-stop living.
