Company Introduction: Sichuan Jinglei Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jinglei Company) is located in Jinglei Science & Technology Industrial Park, Cuiping District, Yibin City, Sichuan Province. Its predecessor was founded in 1988 and was restructured into a joint-stock company in 2000. It is a well-known enterprise in China for R&D, production, and equipment manufacturing of metal composite materials. The company has a registered capital of RMB 200 million, total assets of RMB 2 billion, covers an area of over 500 mu, employs over 1,700 staff, has more than 110,000 square meters of plant area, and holds over 40 nationally authorized patents. It is one of the main drafting units of the industry standard NB/T47002-2019 "Explosive Welded Clad Plates for Pressure Vessels", possessing the qualifications for design and manufacture of Class I, II, and III pressure vessels, as well as the American ASME U stamp manufacturing qualification, and has obtained the American Petroleum Institute (API) standard certification.
The main products of Jinglei Company are: first, developing various urgently needed metal composite materials for the country and industrializing them; second, manufacturing the metal composite materials produced by the company into various major equipment; third, manufacturing the metal composite materials into metal composite pipes and pipe fittings. These products are mainly supplied to the three major groups of PetroChina, Sinopec, and CNOOC, as well as some manufacturers in the new energy market and users in industries such as salt production, chemicals, water conservancy, electric power, and papermaking. They have been used in key national engineering projects such as the Three Gorges Project, West-East Gas Pipeline, and the Shenhua Ningxia Coal 4-million-ton coal-to-oil project, and are also exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions.
Up to now, Jinglei Company has formed an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of metal composite materials, 60,000 tons of bimetallic metallurgical composite pipes and fittings, and 30,000 tons/year of pressure vessel manufacturing and installation, with a total production capacity of RMB 5 billion per year.
