For customers with 10 units or more, maintenance personnel will be stationed at the factory. ②. If mechanical failure of the equipment occurs within three months and on-site repair is required, half a month's rent will be waived. ③. Under any circumstances, if on-site repair is needed and cannot be completed within one day, a replacement vehicle will be provided. ④. For existing vehicles, regardless of whether they were purchased/rented from us, 3 free maintenance services (over 3 months) will be provided. ⑤. All parts at 15% discount. ⑥. Free hand pallet truck with every order. 2. Partner Program: ①. For any channel that facilitates a business contract, a 2% commission on sales will be given until the end of the contract period. ②. In any city other than Jakarta, if rental/sales exceed 30 units, the person will be directly promoted to EES city manager, receiving attractive base salary + commission.
