Pasir Gadung Sky Village in Cikupa, Tangerang, is a vertical housing project with 8 towers and 1,792 housing units, 50% MBR and the rest non-MBR. It occupies 22,113 square meters, with assets under the State Asset Management Agency, with an investment value of USD 45,258,754 (approximately 769.3 billion rupiah).
