Indonesia launches 24 housing projects to investors

The Ministry of Public Works and Housing (MPWH) launched 24 housing projects, including general and vertical housing, to investors at the International Infrastructure Conference 2025 in several regions of Indonesia, with a total investment requirement of approximately Rp 55.17 trillion.The project utilizes different models such as public-private partnership (PPP) and joint venture (JV). Key projects include Karawaci City located in Tangerang, which is a vertical housing project consisting of 14 towers and 3,136 units, with 50% for low-income group (MBR) housing and the rest for non-MBR housing. The project covers an area of 37,779 square meters and the assets belong to the General Directorate of National Asset Management (GDNAM), and is undergoing the process of transferring the land assets to the GDNAM, with an investment value of US$78,761,642 (about 1.33 trillion rupiahs).Pasir Gadung Sky Village is located in Cikupa, Tangerang, and is a vertical residential project, with 8 towers and 1,792 units. 50% is MBR housing and the rest are non-MBR housing. Covering an area of 22,113 square meters, the asset belongs to the National Directorate of Asset Management, with an investment value of US$45,258,754 (approximately Rp 769.3 billion).
