Indonesia launches 24 housing projects to investors

The Ministry of Public Works and Housing (MPWH) launched 24 housing projects, including general and vertical housing, to investors at the International Infrastructure Conference 2025 in several regions of Indonesia, with a total investment requirement of approximately Rp 55.17 trillion.The project utilizes different models such as public-private partnership (PPP) and joint venture (JV). Key projects include Karawaci City located in Tangerang, which is a vertical housing project consisting of 14 towers and 3,136 units, with 50% for low-income group (MBR) housing and the rest for non-MBR housing. The project covers an area of 37,779 square meters and the assets belong to the General Directorate of National Asset Management (GDNAM), and is undergoing the process of transferring the land assets to the GDNAM, with an investment value of US$78,761,642 (about 1.33 trillion rupiahs).Pasir Gadung Sky Village is located in Cikupa, Tangerang, and is a vertical residential project, with 8 towers and 1,792 units. 50% is MBR housing and the rest are non-MBR housing. Covering an area of 22,113 square meters, the asset belongs to the National Directorate of Asset Management, with an investment value of US$45,258,754 (approximately Rp 769.3 billion).

Maja Green Living, located in Lebak, Banten, is a single-storey residential project with 624 units on 74,902 square meters of land, with assets belonging to the National Directorate of Asset Management and an investment value of US$5,616,000 (approximately Rp 954.7 billion).Revitalisasi Rumah Susun Pasar Jumat-TOD Located in Jakarta, Lebak Bulus is a vertical residential renovation project that combines condominiums (commercial and affordable), commercial units and green living concepts, with integration with the TOD Lebak Bulus transportation hub as the main selling point. It has 5 towers and 2,170 units on 15,907 square meters of land with a total CAPEX of Rp 92.3 billion.Blok K Pulo Gebang, located in East Jakarta, is a vertical residential development based on TOD, integrating MBR housing and commercial, on 3.1 hectares of land, with 6 towers and 5,941 units, with a total CAPEX of Rp 1.5 trillion. Revitalisasi Apartemen Klender, located in Jakarta, is a TOD-based vertical residential development integrating MBR housing and commercial and integrated with a public transportation hub on a 3.1-hectare site with 14 towers, 10,521 units, and a total CAPEX of Rp 5.49 trillion.
