Chinese and Indian companies collaborate to develop the automotive charging sector

ZD Energy and Indonesia Indomobil Group formally established a joint venture company. The signing ceremony was attended by the senior leadership teams of both parties, marking a key step in ZD's globalization strategy in the Southeast Asian market.Indomobil Group belongs to one of the largest groups in Indonesia, Sanlam Group, with a history of more than 50 years, is a leading automobile industry giant in Indonesia, operating more than 20 internationally renowned automobile brands such as Volkswagen, Nissan, Suzuki, etc., and owns rich local automobile industry chain resources. Founded in 2010, Zhida Technology is a global leader in new energy vehicle charging and green energy digital technology, selected as a national specialized, special and new "small giant", and awarded the "No. 1 in global sales of household charging piles" by Sullivan to confirm its market status, and is committed to the "charging" and "green energy". It is committed to promoting new energy vehicles and green energy into the global family with "charging" as the entrance, possessing "five" core competencies of products, services, digitalization, manufacturing and branding, and has built four "four" products, namely, AC piles, DC piles, green digital energy solutions and automatic charging robots. "We have built four major product lines: AC Pile, DC Pile, Green Digital Energy Solution and Automatic Charging Robot, and we are pushing forward the "Globalization, Digitization and Intelligence" strategy of Zhida 2.0. The goal of the joint venture is to deeply empower the Indonesian EV market and provide comprehensive EV charging ecosystem solutions and services. The joint venture aims to accelerate Indonesia's transition to sustainable transportation, solve the core pain points of EV users by building a convenient, reliable and intelligent charging infrastructure network, improve the charging experience, and promote the popularization and application of EVs in Indonesia.
