Chinese engineering company China Chengda Engineering Co., Ltd. has signed a cooperation agreement with PT Krakatau Sarana Properti (KSP), a subsidiary of Indonesian steel company KRAS, officially entering the Krakatau Industrial Zone.
According to the agreement, KSP will provide the company with a warehouse rental service in Zone 1 of the Krakatau Industrial Zone, along with 18 townhouses and 40 dormitory units, with a lease term of two years. These facilities will be used to accommodate the project operations team of the company in the industrial zone.
The President Director of KSP stated that this move is a strategic step to strengthen business relationships and support local investment and industrial activities. The Operations Manager of the Chinese company expressed appreciation for the cooperation, saying that the facilities will effectively ensure smooth project progress.
