The first phase of the distributed photovoltaic project on OBI Island, Indonesia, supervised by Xingdian International, has achieved significant progress—over 22MW of distributed PV in three areas (Wet Process Phase I, Pyrometallurgy Phase I, and Wet Process Phase III) were synchronized and connected to the grid. This project is a successful example of Chinese engineering supervision models and new energy technologies in complex overseas environments, injecting momentum into Indonesia's energy structure upgrade. During the project, Xingdian International established a "full-process, multi-dimensional, strict-standard" supervision system covering the entire lifecycle including planning, equipment acceptance, construction control, and grid connection commissioning. Given the characteristics of simultaneous construction in multiple areas and extensive cross-operations, a zoning supervision plan was developed, with 20 supervision notices issued and 76 rectification suggestions proposed to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards. Key equipment such as inverters and prefabricated cabins were strictly inspected and sampled, with full-process supervision of installation and commissioning to ensure reliability and controllability of details. After full-capacity grid connection, the green electricity will be used for industrial operations on OBI Island, expected to save 13,000 tons of standard coal annually and reduce carbon emissions by 41,700 tons (equivalent to planting 38,000 mu of trees), lowering electricity costs while improving energy supply stability and cleanliness, supporting regional industrial green transformation and ecological protection. Against the backdrop of "dual carbon" and the "Belt and Road" initiative, Xingdian International will respond to the green energy infrastructure needs along the route, enhance green service capabilities, promote business green upgrading, and contribute to the construction of a clean and low-carbon energy system with professional expertise, facilitating the implementation of green cooperation achievements and contributing to the construction of a green Silk Road and global sustainable development.
