Chinese firms lead internship program for Indonesia's national strategic projects
China National Chemical Engineering Corporation (CECEC) and its Indonesian branch played a key role as the core organizers in the launch of the second phase of the National Strategic Project Internship Program led by the Ministry of Labor of Indonesia. The program aims to cultivate industrial talents for Indonesia's national strategic projects and allows companies to apply for internships up to 10% of employees.
At present, the company's Indonesian member companies have signed more than 60 interns. Since entering the Indonesian market in the 1990s, the company has constructed major projects such as Jugang Power Station and Chiraza Power Station, and is an important local international engineering contractor. The leading internship program is not only a practice of corporate social responsibility, but also further enhances the brand reputation by deepening the local operation and promoting humanistic exchanges.
In the future, the enterprise will continue to expand its business in Indonesia, focusing on building "three important windows and one golden name card", serving the construction of "Belt and Road" with pragmatic actions, and injecting more kinetic energy into local talent cultivation and economic development.
