Travelers Entering Indonesia Must Fill Out New Arrival Card
The Directorate General of Immigration has launched the latest version of the online arrival card effective immediately. All travelers heading to Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bali are required to fill it out. Travelers can scan the QR code directly or visit the official website https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/ to complete their personal information. This code integrates immigration and customs information. After logging into the website, travelers can select Chinese language display in the upper right corner, then fill in the required information according to the page prompts. Finally, an arrival QR code will be generated, which travelers can save by taking a screenshot or downloading the arrival card QR code.
Chinese Textile Company Invests US$40 Million to Build Factory in Indonesia
The investor, Chinese textile company PT Xinhai Knitting, will collaborate with Swedish fast-fashion brand H&M to build a new textile factory covering 8 hectares in Brebes Regency. The investment amounts to US$40 million, equivalent to approximately IDR 651.8 billion. Brebes Regency is not only a martin printing center in the ASEAN region but also has abundant labor resources and a warm, friendly local population. These factors prompted the company to choose this location for investment. The factory will become a world-class knitwear production base, primarily supplying knitted garments to H&M.
