The Indonesian Chamber of Commerce in Hainan (ICCI) is committed to being the core hub connecting Indonesia and Hainan in economic and trade exchanges, and to promoting win-win economic development between the two places through resource integration, member service and cooperation promotion.

KAMARDAGANG HAINAN INDONESIA is a non-profit business association officially registered in Indonesia. Its core mission is to unite the Qiong business community in Indonesia, integrate resources, create value for member companies, and promote all-round cooperation between Indonesia and Hainan in the areas of investment, trade, culture and technology.

The Chamber's core purpose of "Serving Members, Gathering Affection, Promoting Cooperation, and Seeking Common Development" is reflected in the following aspects:
- Service Members: Guided by members' needs, it provides support in terms of policy information, market information, legal compliance and investment guidance. Through organizing exchange activities, we help members solve problems in development and enhance competitiveness.
- Cohesion of the countryside: Using Hainanese entrepreneurs as a link to unite Hainanese compatriots developing in Indonesia, to pass on Hainanese culture and to enhance the sense of belonging. For example, to create an atmosphere of mutual assistance through fellowship activities and cultural exchanges.
