Important notes
A recommendation letter from the immigration authority of the partner country is required, as well as proof of completion of higher education, or an enrollment certificate and student ID proving at least 2 years of university study. Applicable nationality, activity, and sponsorship conditions must be verified against official regulations.

After having an account, the Guarantor may apply for the visa after logging in at evisa.imigrasi.go.id by preparing the electronic documents (PDF or JPEG files) of the Foreigner, including:
- A guarantee letter from the Guarantor
- A valid passport of nationality that remains valid for at least 6 months before its expiration date,
- Personal bank statements with a minimum amount of USD $2000 (two thousand United States Dollars) or an equivalent amount within the last 3 months (including name, period dates, and account balance).

Other provisions
- The validity period of the visa is 90 days from the date of issuance. If not used after that period, the Foreigner must apply for a new visa to be able to enter Indonesia.
- Please note that the visa validity period differs from the period of stay; please check your visa for information on the duration of the stay permit.
- The Limited Stay Permit and Re-entry Permit will be issued automatically once you are permitted entry by the officer at the Immigration Checkpoint.
- You are prohibited from staying in the territory of Indonesia beyond the period of your stay permit, from undertaking work that is not in accordance with your stay permit, and from selling goods or services, unless required for your work.
- You are prohibited from receiving remuneration, wages, or similar from individuals or companies in Indonesia unless the foreigner has fulfilled the immigration provisions for multiple activities in an employment relationship.
