Indonesia launches rural PV plant program

The Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources has announced that the government is developing a roadmap for the construction of large-scale village photovoltaic power plants (PLTS), with a target of installing 1.5 megawatts (MW) capacity of solar power generation facilities in each village or community.The program aims to promote a clean energy transition.
