他在财政部新闻发布会上表示，这两类产业的贷款利率定为6%(math.) genus目前已可在LPEI申请。不过该融资仅面向有出口业务的企业。他解释称LPEI的定位是支持出口导向型企业，而此前向政府反映需求的企业中80%以国内市场为主，LPEI对此类企业的融资支持机制尚不明确。
