The C22B visa is a Visit Visa for a single entry to Indonesia with an initial residence permit of a maximum of 180 days, calculated from the date of arrival. This residence permit can be extended and can be converted into a Limited Stay Permit with the same guarantor.

- You may stay in Indonesia for a maximum of 180 days, calculated from the date of arrival.
- You may extend this residence permit; each extension is granted for a period of 180 days, calculated from the expiry date of the Visit Stay Permit, provided that the total period of stay in the territory of Indonesia does not exceed 12 (twelve) months.
- The extension of the residence permit can be carried out online by the sponsor through an account registered at evisa.imigrasi.go.id

The guarantor (sponsor) must have an account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id before applying for a visa for the Foreigner they sponsor. After having an account, the guarantor can apply for a C22B visa for the Foreigner after logging in at evisa.imigrasi.go.id by preparing the Foreigner's electronic documents (file format details), including:
- an application letter and a statement letter from the guarantor,
- a valid travel document valid for at least 6 months before its expiry date (for holders of travel documents other than national passports such as emergency passports, identity documents, etc., it must be valid for 12 months);
- proof of sufficient funds to cover living expenses while in the territory of Indonesia, in the form of bank statements for the last 3 months in the name of the Foreigner or the guarantor;
- a recent color photograph (taken within the last year). Details

Other Provisions
- Stateless Foreigners and Foreigners holding travel documents (other than national passports) such as temporary passports, emergency passports, titre du voyage, certificate of identity, laissez passer, or other similar documents must attach a document for Re-entry Permit to the country where the Visit Visa was applied for, as well as a return/onward ticket to another country (except for crew members of transport vehicles).
- The validity period of the visa is 90 days from the date of issuance. If it is not used after that period, the Foreigner must apply for a new visa to be able to enter Indonesia.
- Please note that the visa validity period differs from the period of stay; please check your visa for information on the duration of the stay permit.
- Foreigners holding a stay permit from a C22B visa are prohibited from selling goods or services or receiving compensation, wages, or similar remuneration for their work/business from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.
Original text：- Orang Asing tanpa kewarganegaraan dan Orang Asing pemegang dokumen perjalanan (bukan paspor kebangsaan) berupa paspor sementara, paspor darurat, titre du voyage, certificate of identity, laissez passer, atau dokumen sejenis lainnya harus melampirkan dokumen Izin Masuk Kembali ke negara tempat Visa Kunjungan diajukan serta tiket kembali/tiket terusan ke negara lain (kecuali bagi awak alat angkut).

Visa application at the Directorate General of Immigration:
- examination of the completeness of requirements;
- verification of immigration fee payment in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations;
- profile creation and verification;
- approval;
- visa issuance.
Processing time is five working days after the visa payment is received.
