visit Indonesia for tourism, personal development, or to study the uniqueness of tourist attractions, as well as travel by cruise ship.
You may also attend as a participant in meetings, incentive trips, conventions, and exhibitions, and conduct discussions, negotiations, and/or sign business agreements at offices, factories, or places of goods production.
You are also permitted to conduct field inspections at offices, factories, places of goods production, places to be invested in, and/or mining sites; as well as carry out activities related to medical matters.

The C1 Visa is a Visit Visa for a single entry to Indonesia with an initial stay permit of a maximum of 60 days, calculated from the date of arrival. This Stay Permit can be extended and can be converted into a Limited Stay Permit.

Foreign nationals must have an account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id before applying for a visa. After having an account, foreign nationals can apply for a visa after logging in at evisa.imigrasi.go.id by preparing the electronic documents (file format details) of the Foreign National, including:
- A valid travel document valid for at least 6 months before its expiration date,
(for holders of travel documents other than national passports such as emergency passports, identity documents, etc., it must be valid for 12 months)
- Proof of sufficient funds to cover living expenses while in the territory of Indonesia, in the form of bank statements for the last 3 months in the name of the Foreign National or guarantor of at least USD 2000 or its equivalent in other currencies,
- A recent color photograph (within the last year). Details

Other provisions
- Stateless Foreign Nationals and Foreign Nationals holding travel documents (other than national passports) such as temporary passports, emergency passports, titre de voyage, certificate of identity, laissez-passer, or other similar documents must attach a document of Re-entry Permit to the country where the Visit Visa is applied for, as well as a return ticket/onward ticket to another country (except for crew members of transport vehicles).
- The validity period of the visa is 90 days from the date of issuance. If not used after that period, the Foreign National must apply for a new visa to be able to enter Indonesia.
- Please note that the visa validity period is different from the length of stay; please check your visa for information regarding the duration of the stay permit.
- Foreign Nationals holding a stay permit from this visa are prohibited from selling goods or services or receiving remuneration, wages, or similar for their work/business from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.
- Foreign Nationals holding a stay permit from this visa are prohibited from appearing as Speakers at events.
