A number of Indonesian companies are awaiting or have completed their IPOs

The Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) has completed initial public offerings (IPOs) of 22 companies so far, raising a total of Rp 10.39 trillion.Seven companies are still in the queue for listing, three of which are large companies with assets of more than Rp 250 billion (according to the regulations of the Indonesian Financial Services Regulatory Agency) and four are medium-sized companies with assets of Rp 50 billion to Rp 250 billion; the sectors involved include two commodities, two industrial, one financial, one transportation and logistics, and one technology company. 65 issuers have made a cumulative total of 116 issuances of bonds and sukuk (EBUS), raising a total amount of Rp 132.2 trillion. 65 issuers have issued 116 sukuk and EBUS, raising a total of Rp 132.2 trillion. 7 issuers have 9 issuance programs underway. 10 companies have made share placements totaling Rp 16.62 trillion. 4 companies are in the queue to make share placements, including 2 commodities, 1 transportation and logistics, and 1 healthcare company. As of today, there are 956 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, with a target of 1,000 by the end of 2025.
