Introduction:
The Hunan General Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia was established in Jakarta on December 11, 2023. The establishment of the Chamber fulfills the long-cherished wish of many Hunan business people and supports the Chinese Dream of "Walking the Same Path, Resonating Along the Silk Road." Its founding marks the end of the era where Hunan individuals in Indonesia struggled alone in business, jointly building a development platform for mutual exchange, information sharing, mutual assistance, and win-win cooperation. It aims to make the Chamber a home for Hunan business people and heralds the arrival of an era of unity, mutual support, and joint action.
Nature of the Chamber:
Non-profit, private social organization, serving as an exchange and service platform for Hunan enterprises in Indonesia.
Mission:
To serve Hunan enterprises operating in Indonesia, protect their legitimate rights and interests, enhance exchanges and cooperation between Hunan merchants and the Indonesian people, promote friendship between China and Indonesia, contribute to the friendly bilateral relations between the two countries, and at the same time foster friendly cooperation between Hunan enterprises and enterprises from other provinces, acting as a bridge and bond.

Membership Conditions and Procedures
1. Conditions for membership
The members of the Chamber consist of enterprises of various forms of ownership established by Hunan individuals approved by the Indonesian gove ment, or enterprises or representative offices invested by such individuals in Indonesia. In the future, it will also accept Chinese overseas and overseas Chinese enterprises registered in Indonesia that trade with Chinese enterprises, as well as influential Indonesian-invested enterprises.
2. Membership procedures
Any individual or entity that recognizes the constitution of the Chamber, voluntarily submits a written application, and is approved by the Chamber's Council after review can join the Chamber as a member.
