The C7A visa is a Visit Visa for a single entry into Indonesia with a maximum stay permit of 30 days, calculated from the date of arrival. This stay permit cannot be extended nor converted into another type of stay permit.

The guarantor (sponsor) must have an account on evisa.imigrasi.go.id before applying for a visa on behalf of the foreign national they sponsor. Once they have an account, the guarantor can apply for this visa for the foreign national after logging in to evisa.imigrasi.go.id by preparing the foreign national's electronic documents (file format details), including:
- a statement letter of guarantee from the event organizer,
- a valid travel document with a remaining validity of at least 6 months before its expiration date,
(for holders of travel documents other than national passports, such as emergency passports, identity documents, etc., the document must be valid for 12 months)
- proof of sufficient funds to cover living expenses while in the territory of Indonesia, in the form of bank statements from the last 3 months in the name of the foreign national or the guarantor,
- a recent color photograph (taken within the last year). Details

Setelah memiliki akun, penjamin dapat mengajukan visa ini bagi Orang Asing setelah login di evisa.imigrasi.go.id dengan menyiapkan berkas elektronik (detail format file) Orang Asing antara lain:
- surat pernyataan penjamin dari penyelenggara kegiatan,
- dokumen perjalanan yang sah dan masih berlaku paling singkat 6 bulan sebelum masa berlakunya habis,
(untuk pemegang dokumen perjalanan selain paspor kebangsaan seperti paspor darurat, dokumen identitas, dll harus berlaku selama 12 bulan)
- bukti memiliki biaya hidup selama berada di wilayah Indonesia berupa rekening koran 3 bulan terakhir atas nama Orang Asing atau penjamin

- a guarantee letter and visa application letter from the impresario/artist management and a cooperation contract between the performer and the event organizer (for musicians or supporting performers).

Other provisions
- Stateless foreign nationals and foreign nationals holding travel documents (other than national passports) such as temporary passports, emergency passports, titre du voyage, certificate of identity, laissez passer, or other similar documents must attach a document proving permission to re-enter the country where the Visit Visa was applied for, as well as a return/onward ticket to another country (except for crew members of transport conveyances).
- The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. If it is not used within that period, the foreign national must apply for a new visa to be able to enter Indonesia.
- Please note that the visa validity period differs from the length of stay; please check your visa for information regarding the duration of your stay permit.
- Foreign nationals holding a stay permit from this visa are permitted to receive remuneration or facilities for their activities. However, they are prohibited from engaging in employment within an employment relationship with an individual or corporation in Indonesia.
- Foreign nationals holding a stay permit from this visa are prohibited from performing artistic, cultural, or behavioral acts that are not in accordance with applicable regulations or norms.
Original text：- Orang Asing tanpa kewarganegaraan dan Orang Asing pemegang dokumen perjalanan (bukan paspor kebangsaan) berupa paspor sementara, paspor darurat, titre du voyage, certificate of identity, laissez passer, atau dokumen sejenis lainnya harus melampirkan dokumen Izin Masuk Kembali ke negara tempat Visa Kunjungan diajukan serta tiket kembali/tiket terusan ke negara lain (kecuali bagi awak alat angkut).
- Masa berlaku visa adalah 90 hari sejak diterbitkan. Jika tidak digunakan setelah jangka waktu tersebut, Orang Asing harus mengajukan visa baru untuk dapat masuk ke Indonesia.
- Harap diperhatikan bahwa masa berlaku visa berbeda dengan masa tinggal, silakan periksa visa Anda untuk informasi tentang lama izin tinggal.
- Orang Asing dengan izin tinggal dari visa ini diperkenankan menerima imbalan atau fasilitas atas atas aktivitasnya. Namun dilarang bekerja dalam hubungan kerja dengan perorangan atau korporasi di Indonesia
- Orang Asing dengan izin tinggal dari visa ini dilarang menampilkan seni, budaya, atau perilaku yang tidak sesuai dengan peraturan atau norma yang berlaku.

Visa application at the Directorate General of Immigration:
- examination of the completeness of requirements;
- verification of immigration fee payment in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations;
- profile creation and verification;
- approval;
- visa issuance.
Processing time is five working days after the visa payment is received.
