Important notes
Shareholding in a registered sponsoring company must be at least Rp 10,000,000,000. Company establishment approval documents and the company's bank statements for the last 2 months are also required; supplementary submission rules apply for newly established companies. If the shareholding is insufficient and the applicant serves as a Director or Commissioner, the official website requires applying for a work visa corresponding to the position.

Invest, carry out activities related to business, investment, and company establishment. You are also permitted to carry out activities as a member of the board of directors or board of commissioners at the company where the foreigner invests their capital. Furthermore, you are permitted to supervise the production process of goods or services at the company you have established, including but not limited to offices, factories, or other similar places. You may bring along your family to reside in Indonesia. This visa also allows you to enter and exit Indonesia as long as the Re-entry Permit remains valid. You are permitted to pursue education through the Multiple Activity Stay Permit mechanism. You are also permitted to carry out investment activities, tourism, and visit friends or family.

Special Requirements
- Proof of share ownership of at least Rp10,000,000,000.00 (ten billion rupiah) or equivalent in the guarantor company registered with the Ministry of Investment/Investment Coordinating Board. If your shares are less than that amount, and you also hold a position in the company (director or commissioner), then you must apply for a work visa according to the position you hold.
- Decree of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights regarding the ratification of the company's establishment
- Company current account statements for the last 2 (two) months. If the company was established less than 2 months ago, this bank statement requirement can be submitted to the immigration office no later than 90 days after the ITAS is issued.

Other Provisions
- The validity period of the visa is 90 days from issuance. If not used after that period, the Foreigner must apply for a new visa to be able to enter Indonesia.
- Please note that the visa validity period is different from the period of stay, please check your visa for information regarding the length of the stay permit.
- The Limited Stay Permit (ITAS) and Re-entry Permit will be issued automatically once you are permitted entry by the officer at the Immigration Checkpoint.
- You are prohibited from staying in the territory of Indonesia beyond the period of the granted stay permit, carrying out work that is not in accordance with the stay permit, selling goods or services, unless required in that work.
