Important notes
The 5-year scheme requires a commitment of paid-up capital/investment of at least US$2,500,000 for the establishment of the company, and the 10-year scheme requires at least US$5,000,000, to be fulfilled within 90 days after entry; additionally, international standard audit materials regarding foreign company shareholding and sales revenue are required.

Who can apply for this visa?
This investor visa can be applied for by foreign nationals from any country who meet the requirements to invest in Indonesia. This visa is intended for individual investors who intend to establish a company in Indonesia, with a period of stay that can reach 5 (five) or 10 (ten) years. The establishment of this company must comply with the provisions of laws and regulations in the field of immigration, which includes the paid-up capital (shares) or the required investment value.

Permitted activities
With this visa, you may invest, carry out activities related to business, investment, and company establishment. You are also permitted to carry out activities as a member of the board of directors or board of commissioners of the company in which the foreign national invests. Furthermore, you are permitted to supervise the production process of goods or services in the company you have established, including but not limited to offices, factories, or other similar places.
You may bring your family to reside in Indonesia. This visa also allows you to enter and exit Indonesia as long as the Re-entry Permit is still valid. You are permitted to pursue education through the mechanism of Concurrent Activities on Stay Permits. You are also permitted to carry out investment activities, purchase goods, engage in tourism, and visit friends or family.
You are also permitted to receive remuneration or facilities for the investment you have made and/or the position you hold.

Anda juga diperkenankan untuk beraktivitas sebagai anggota direksi atau anggota dewan komisaris pada perusahaan tempat orang asing menanamkan modalnya. - Proof of the turnover/sales value of the overseas company as stated in financial statements that have been audited to international standards.
- A statement of commitment that the Applicant will establish a company in Indonesia with paid-up capital (shares) or an investment value of at least US$2,500,000 (two million five hundred thousand US dollars) for a period of stay of up to 5 years, which must be fulfilled within 90 days from the date of entry into Indonesia.
10-year visa
- Proof of share ownership in a company outside Indonesia as stated in the parent company's financial audit report from an internationally standardized public accounting firm.
- Proof of the turnover/sales value of the overseas company as stated in financial statements that have been audited to international standards.

Other provisions
- Stateless Foreign Nationals and Foreign Nationals holding travel documents (other than national passports) in the form of temporary passports, emergency passports, titre du voyage, certificate of identity, laissez passer, or other similar documents must attach a Re-entry Permit document to the country where the Visit Visa was applied for as well as a return/onward ticket to another country (except for crew members of transport vehicles).
- The validity period of the visa is 90 days from the date of issuance. If it is not used after that period, the Foreign National must apply for a new visa to be able to enter Indonesia.
- Please note that the visa validity period is different from the period of stay; please check your visa for information regarding the length of the stay permit.
- The Limited Stay Permit (ITAS) and Re-entry Permit will be issued automatically once you are permitted entry by an officer at the Immigration Checkpoint.

- Masa berlaku visa adalah 90 hari sejak diterbitkan. Jika tidak digunakan setelah jangka waktu tersebut, Orang Asing harus mengajukan visa baru untuk dapat masuk ke Indonesia.
- Harap diperhatikan bahwa masa berlaku visa berbeda dengan masa tinggal, silakan periksa visa Anda untuk informasi tentang lama izin tinggal.
- Izin Tinggal Terbatas (ITAS) dan Izin Masuk Kembali akan terbit secara otomatis begitu Anda diizinkan masuk oleh petugas pada Tempat Pemeriksaan Imigrasi.
