Liugong Invests $317 Million to Build Intelligent Manufacturing Base in Indonesia
During the Osaka World Expo Indonesia Pavilion rolling exhibition and business forum, Chinese construction machinery manufacturer Liugong, through its Indonesian subsidiary PT LiuGong Machinery Manufacturing Indonesia, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Indonesian industrial park Artha Industrial Hill, planning to invest $317 million to build a heavy machinery manufacturing base in Karawang Regency, West Java. The base will become one of the most advanced construction machinery factories in Indonesia, with an annual target capacity of 5,000 units.
