The A37 Visa-Free Facility is a visa-free category intended for masters, pilots, or crew members of conveyances for a single entry into Indonesia with a maximum stay permit of 30 days, calculated from the date of arrival. The stay permit from this visa-free facility cannot be extended and cannot be converted into another stay permit.

Izin Tinggal dari fasilitas bebas visa ini tidak dapat diperpanjang dan tidak dapat dialihkan menjadi izin tinggal lain.

- you must present:
- a valid passport valid for at least 6 months before its expiration date
- a return ticket or onward ticket to another country, except for crew members of conveyances who will stop over to join their vessel and continue their journey to another country
- the officer at the immigration counter will affix an entry permit which also serves as a stay permit.
Pre-Arrival (electronic)
- you must fill out the electronic form at evisa.imigrasi.go.id
- you will receive an electronic entry permit which also serves as a stay permit and can be used to pass through the autogate at immigration checkpoints.

- petugas pada konter imigrasi akan menerakan izin masuk yang sekaligus merupakan izin tinggal.
Pra Kedatangan (elektronik)
- anda harus mengisi formulir elektronik di evisa.imigrasi.go.id
- anda akan menerima tanda masuk elektronik yang sekaligus merupakan izin tinggal dan bisa digunakan untuk melintasi autogate pada tempat pemeriksaan imigrasi.

Other provisions
- Stateless foreigners and foreigners holding travel documents (other than national passports) in the form of temporary passports, emergency passports, titre de voyage, certificate of identity, laissez-passer, or other similar documents are not permitted to apply for the visa-free facility.
- Foreigners holding a stay permit from the visa-free facility are prohibited from selling goods or services or receiving compensation, wages, or similar remuneration for their work/business from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.
Original text：- Orang Asing tanpa kewarganegaraan dan Orang Asing pemegang dokumen perjalanan (bukan paspor kebangsaan) berupa paspor sementara, paspor darurat, titre du voyage, certificate of identity, laissez passer, atau dokumen sejenis lainnya tidak diizinkan mengajukan fasilitas bebas visa.
- Orang Asing dengan izin tinggal dari fasilitas bebas visa dilarang menjual barang atau jasa atau menerima imbalan, upah, atau sejenisnya atas kerja/usahanya dari perorangan atau korporasi di Indonesia.
