Requirements
- A valid National Passport with a validity of at least 6 (six) months;
- Proof of guarantee from the Guarantor;
- Proof of sufficient funds to support themselves and/or their family during their stay in the Territory of Indonesia;
- Recent color passport photograph; and
- Specific documents explaining the intent/purpose of the Foreigner's arrival
- Documents proving that the Foreigner was formerly an Indonesian citizen, in the form of one of the following documents:
- identity card;
- family card;
- birth certificate;
- Passport;
- formal education diploma; or
- land ownership certificate.
