Requirements
- A valid National Passport valid for at least 6 (six) months;
- Immigration Guarantee (Sponsorship) Proof;
- proof of sufficient funds to cover living expenses for themselves and/or their family during their stay in the Territory of Indonesia;
- Recent color passport photograph; and
- Specific documents to state the purpose/intent of the foreign national's arrival
- Documents proving that the foreign national was formerly an Indonesian citizen, in the form of one of the following documents:
- identity card;
- family card;
- birth certificate;
- Passport;
- formal education diploma; or
- land ownership title certificate.
