- Immigration Guarantee proof;
- proof of sufficient funds for living expenses for themselves and/or their family during their stay in the Territory of Indonesia;
- Recent color passport photograph; and
- Specific documents to explain the intent/purpose of the Foreigner's arrival
- Documents proving that the Foreigner was formerly an Indonesian citizen, in the form of one of the following documents:
- identity card;
- family card;
- birth certificate;
- Passport;
- formal education diploma; or
- land ownership certificate.
