Requirements
- A valid National Passport with a validity of at least 6 (six) months;
- Proof of guarantee from the Guarantor;
- Proof of sufficient funds to cover living expenses for themselves and/or their family during their stay in the territory of Indonesia;
- A recent color passport photograph; and
- Special documents to state the intent/purpose of the foreign national's arrival;
- Documents proving that the foreign national was formerly an Indonesian citizen, in the form of one of the following documents:
- identity card;
- family card;
- birth certificate;
- Passport;
- formal education diploma; or
- land ownership certificate.
