Stay and carry out activities related to work in an employment relationship with the central government. In addition, you may also carry out activities related to tourism, purchasing goods, and visiting family and friends. You may bring your family to stay in Indonesia as long as they meet the provisions of laws and regulations in the field of immigration, and you may enter and exit Indonesian territory as long as the re-entry permit is still valid. You are also permitted to work as long as you meet the provisions regarding multiple stay permits.

The guarantor (sponsor) must have an account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id before applying for a visa for the Foreigner they sponsor.
After having an account, the guarantor can apply for a visa for the Foreigner after logging in at evisa.imigrasi.go.id by preparing the electronic files (PDF or JPEG files) of the Foreigner, including:
- A valid passport of the country of nationality valid for at least 6 months before its expiry date,
- proof of guarantee from the Guarantor, which is the central government;
- personal bank statements with a minimum amount of USD $2000 (two thousand United States Dollars) or an equivalent amount within the last 3 months (including name, period dates, and account balance).
- latest color passport photograph (within the last year). Details

- other documents to explain the intent/purpose of the Foreigner's arrival.

Setelah memiliki akun, penjamin dapat mengajukan visa bagi Orang Asing setelah login di evisa.imigrasi.go.id dengan menyiapkan berkas elektronik (file PDF atau JPEG) Orang Asing antara lain:
- Paspor kebangsaan yang sah dan masih berlaku paling singkat 6 bulan sebelum masa berlakunya habis,

Other provisions
- The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. If not used after that period, the Foreigner must apply for a new visa to be able to enter Indonesia.
- Please note that the visa validity period differs from the period of stay; please check your visa for information regarding the duration of the stay permit.
- The Limited Stay Permit and Re-entry Permit will be issued automatically once you are permitted entry by the officer at the Immigration Checkpoint.
- You are prohibited from staying in the territory of Indonesia beyond the period of your stay permit, carrying out work that is not in accordance with your stay permit, selling goods or services, unless required for your work.

Proses pengajuan dan pemberian visa

Visa application at the Directorate General of Immigration:

- verification of immigration fee payment in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations;

Processing time is four working days after the visa payment is received.
