After having an account, the Guarantor may apply for the visa after logging in to evisa.imigrasi.go.id by preparing the Foreigner's electronic documents (PDF or JPEG files), including:
- A guarantee letter from the guarantor
- A valid passport of the foreigner's nationality that remains valid for at least 6 months before its expiration date,
- Proof of sufficient funds to cover living expenses while in Indonesian territory, in the form of bank statements for the last 3 months under the Foreigner's or guarantor's name with a minimum amount of USD $2000 (two thousand United States Dollars) or an equivalent amount

- The visa validity period is 90 days from issuance. If not used after that period, the Foreigner must apply for a new visa to be able to enter Indonesia.
- Please note that the visa validity period differs from the period of stay; please check your visa for information regarding the duration of your stay permit.
- The Limited Stay Permit and Re-entry Permit will be issued automatically once you are permitted entry by an officer at the Immigration Checkpoint.
- You are prohibited from residing in Indonesian territory beyond the duration of your stay permit, engaging in work that is not in accordance with your stay permit, selling goods or services, unless required for your work
